Sgrum is a platform designed to deliver information safely and reliably in various situations such as children's sports clubs and personal training activities by selecting necessary functions. Please note that the Sgrum Service can only be used if the sports club itself has introduced it.

• Main Functions of Sgrum:

◆ Content Delivery: Easily and securely distribute various messages, photo files, newsletters, and material (PDF files) from the sports clubs or training activities you are affiliated with. It is possible to distribute information to all members, groups, or individuals. The distributed information can be checked in real-time.

◆ Event Calendar: The event calendar for sports clubs or training activities will be displayed in the Sgrum app. You can easily register notes related to your schedules or events in the calendar. Attendance for events can also be communicated to the sports club from the Sgrum app with just one tap.

◆ Shared Groups: Information received can be shared with family members or approved individuals. You can invite specific individuals to share information or create closed communities by approving or rejecting requests from third parties. Prevent malicious third-party viewing and parents can share their children's information with the family to oversee their growth and safety together.

◆ Emergency Contact & Safety Confirmation: In emergencies such as natural disasters or accidents, you can easily make emergency contacts or confirm the safety of your children and family. Distributors can confirm attendance or unread-read status, while recipients can check the location of information sharers and send messages. Resolve issues of hard-to-reach phone calls during critical times. Please use it as a monitoring service.

◆ Absence Notification: You can easily contact the sports club for sudden absences due to urgent matters, illness, traffic delays, etc., using the Sgrum app. It is also possible to distribute information even in environments where phone calls are difficult. Moreover, with the shared group function, you can share this information with your family for peace of mind.

◆ Attendance Confirmation & Surveys: You can respond to surveys from sports clubs or training activities using the Sgrum app. Without any hassle of delivering survey results to the sports club separately, you can do it easily right away on the Sgrum app!
